Want a very smooth and rich tone with less grit? This is the Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the Laney Ironheart IRT15H and IRT Studio 15 watt Amps. It contains a matched pair of JJ EL84's for power along with a three Gold Pin ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter in V3.

Just let us know in the comments section if your looking for max headroom, moderate or an early breakup so we can select a proper grade for the power tubes.

The Balanced Gold Pin ECC83S is located closest to the power tubes.

These amps are cathode biased, there is no bias adjustment to be made. The amount of clean headroom you’ll get from the power section is somewhat dictated by the grade of power tube used. A cooler grade of EL84’s will give you more clean headroom, whereas a warmer grade will give you earlier breakup. If you order online, leave us a note in the comments section letting us know your headroom preference (max headroom, middle of the road or early breakup).
