Want all the gain you can get? This is our High Gain Option Retube Kit for the Soldano Avenger 100 and Hot Rod Avenger 100 Amps. It uses four handpicked High Gain ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter in V4. The default power tubes are a matched quad of the JJ 6L6GC's but you can configure this kit to use the JJ KT66's or JJ 5881's to drop the power output a couple decibels by clicking on the "Customize" button!

The Balanced High Gain ECC83S is located in V4 which is the farthest preamp tube away from the input jack.

These amps are adjustable bias. All you need to check and set the bias is one of our 8 pin bias probes with a Multimeter, or our all-in-one 8 pin "Pro One" bias probe (which reads plate voltage and plate current simultaneously). These are available under the "Related Products" tab.

You can use the bias video we did on a Marshall 800 for reference, the procedure is the same.
