Want a very smooth and rich tone with less grit to go with the earlier breakup of the JJ EL844's? This is our Low Output Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the Orange Tiny Terror. It contains a matched pair of JJ EL844's for power and two JJ Gold Pin ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter. Sweet and warm!

The Balanced Gold Pin ECC83S is located farthest from the input jack.

These amps are cathode biased, there is no bias adjustment to be made. The JJ EL844’s are a drop in replacement for EL84’s. The EL844’s will reduce the power output of the amp by a decibel or two which is very noticeable.
