Looking for more warmth and definition? This is the Standard Retube Kit for the Orange Thunder 100. The preamp section uses one standard ECC81 for the FX loop along with four JJ ECC83S's with one balanced for the phase inverter. The default power tubes are a matched quad of the JJ Electronic E34L's which are very tight and punchy with more extension in the low end. With the Customize option you can configure this kit to use the JJ EL34II's, EL34’s, KT77’s or Big Bottle 6CA7’s! Checkout the the customize page for more details on these options.

The ECC81 is located in position 4 in the back. The Balanced ECC83S is located in position 5 in the back row closest to the input jack.

These are all adjustable bias amps and all you need to check and adjust the bias is a Multimeter because each individual power tube has its own test point and trim pot. If you do not have a Multimeter you can find them under the Related Products Tab.
