This is the Standard Retube Kit for the Mesa Electra Dyne Heads and Combo Amps. The preamp section uses seven ECC83S's with one balanced for the phase inverter in V7. The default power tubes are a matched quad of the JJ Electronic 6L6GC's however you can configure this kit to use a quad of the JJ 5881's, E34L's, EL34II's, KT77’s, Big Bottle 6CA7’s or EL34's by clicking on the "Customize" button! 

The Balanced ECC83S is located in V7 farthest from the input jack.

All 6L6GC Combo amp Retube Kits are shipped with the Eurotubes Double Mica 6L6GC’s at no extra charge. So let us know in the comments section if your Electra Dyne is the combo version. JJ Electronic started building us a proprietary version of their 6L6GC (the 6L6GC-DM) in 2005 with extra layers of mica. This reinforces the plate structure and all but eliminates tube rattle symptoms. For all other tubes such as 5881's, EL34’s, EL34II’s, E34L’s, KT77’s and 6CA7’s we recommend using our EuroDamper rings. 





These amps are fixed bias with no adjustment. All power tube configurations are hand picked with grades that will run optimally with Mesas fixed bias design.
