Mesa Boogie Strategy 500 Power Amp Gold Pin Option

This is the Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the Mesa Strategy 500 Power Amp. The preamp section uses four Matched and Balanced Gold Pin ECC83S's for a very smooth and rich tone. The default power tubes are a matched octet of the JJ Electronic 6L6GC’s and a matched quad of the JJ 6550's. With the Customize option you can configure this kit to use a matched quad of the JJ KT88's along with the octet of 6L6GC's or 5881's if you prefer. You can also use an octet of the JJ KT66's in place of the 6L6GC's or you can even run an all "KT" lineup with an octet of KT66's and a quad of KT88's! See the alternate view for this kit.
