Mesa Boogie Stiletto Deuce Gold Pin Option

Want a really smooth rich tone with less grit? This is the Gold Pin Retube Kit for the Mesa Stiletto Deuce. The preamp section uses five Gold Pin ECC83S's with one balanced for the phase inverter in V5. The result is a smoother, less aggressive and very singing tone.

The default power tubes are the JJ E34L's which are very tight and punchy with more extension in the low end. With the Customize option you can configure this kit to use the JJ EL34’s, EL34II's, KT77’s or Big Bottle 6CA7’s. 

**This kit does not come with replacement rectifier tubes. If you'd like to add a pair you can use the Customize option and select either the JJ GZ34's or 5U4GB's. We do not automatically include replacement rectifier tubes because we've found that most players use the silicone diode mode exclusively. When you're in the silicone diode mode the rectifiers filaments are connected but the tube itself is bypassed.
