Mesa Boogie Road King Series II Gold Pin Option

Want a very smooth rich tone with less grit? This is the Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the Mesa Road king Series II. The preamp section uses six Gold Pin ECC83S's with one balanced for the phase inverter in V6. The default power tubes are a matched quad of the JJ Electronic 6L6GC’s and a matched pair of the JJ E34L's. With the Customize option you can configure this kit to use a matched quad of the JJ 5881's along with a pair of the JJ EL34’s, EL34II's, KT77’s or Big Bottle 6CA7’s in place of the default E34L's.
