Want a really smooth, rich liquid tone? This is our Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the Marshall Class 5 Heads and Combo Amps. It uses two Gold Pin ECC83S's for the front end and the default power tube is a single JJ EL84. With the Customize option you can configure this kit to use a JJ EL844 which will drop the power output a couple decibels (ideal for players wanting decreased headroom/output).

The Gold Pin ECC83S's replace the 12AX7's.

These amps are cathode bias so both the EL84 and EL844 are plug and play.
