Looking for a vintage vibe? This is the ECC803S V1 Option Retube Kit for the Marshall 100 Watt 800 2 Channel amps with 6550's. The preamp section uses a JJ Long Plate ECC803S for V1 for a little lower gain with big thick mids and a little more sparkle in the highs, three standard ECC83S's for V2 thru V4 and a balanced ECC83S for the phase inverter in V5. The default power tubes are the JJ Electronic 6550’s but you can configure this kit to use the JJ KT66's or KT88’s by clicking on the "Customize" button.

The Balanced ECC83S is located closest to the power tubes in V5 and the ECC803S is located in V1.

These are all adjustable bias amps and all you need to check and adjust the bias is a bias probe and a Multimeter, or our all-in-one Eurotubes "Pro One" bias probe that reads both the plate current and the plate voltage simultaneously. You can find all these under the Related Products Tab.

You can use the "Generic Bias Video" we made using a Marshall 800 for reference.
