Magnatone Super 59 Head ECC803S V1 Option

Do you like fat mids and a little extra high end sparkle? This is our ECC803S V1 Option Retube Kit for the Magnatone Super 59 Head. The preamp section includes one ECC832 which replaces the 12DW7, one ECC82 to replace the 12AU7, one Long Plate ECC803S for V1 along with four ECC83S's with one balanced for the phase inverter in V7. The kit includes a JJ GZ34 rectifier tubes and the default power tubes are a matched pair of the JJ E34L's, however you can configure this kit to use the JJ EL34II's, KT77's, EL34's or the Big Bottle 6CA7's by clicking on the "Customize" button!

The Balanced ECC83S is located in V7 closest to the power tubes, the ECC832 is located in V6 and the ECC82 is located in V3 and the ECC803S is located in V1.

These are adjustable bias amps and all you need to check and adjust the bias is a bias probe and a Multimeter, or our all-in-one Eurotubes "Pro One" bias probe that reads both the plate current and the plate voltage simultaneously.

You can use the "Generic Bias Video" we made using a Marshall 800 for reference.
