Looking for a vintage vibe with FAT mids and a real sparkle? This is the ECC803S V1 Option Retube Kit for the Hughes & Kettner TubeMeister 36 Heads and Combo Amps. It uses a Long Plate ECC803S for V1 along with two ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter in V3. The default power tubes are a matched quad of the JJ EL84's.

The Balanced ECC83S is located in V3 farthest from the input jack and the ECC803S is located in V1.

These amps employ an auto bias scheme so all EL84's are plug and play.
