Fender Tremolux ECC803S Option

Do you like fat mids and little extra high end sparkle? This is our ECC803S Option Retube Kit for a Blackface Fender Tremolux. This kit contains three Long Plate ECC803S's and one ECC81 balanced for the phase inverter in V4. The kit includes a JJ GZ34 and the default power tubes are the JJ Electronic 6L6GC’s but you can configure this kit to use the JJ 5881’s or the JJ 6V6S’s by clicking on the "Customize" button.

Tube location info: The Balanced ECC81 is located in V4 closest to the power tubes.

All you need to adjust the bias on this amp is a bias probe and a multimeter or the Eurotubes "Pro One". All of these are are available in the "Related Products" tab.

You can use the Deluxe Reverb bias video for reference. We typically bias these amps between 36 to 44mA with the JJ 6L6GC's.
