Want a very rich and smooth tone with less grit? This is our Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the Fender Tonemaster Amps. This kit contains three Gold Pin ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter in V3. The default power tubes are a matched quad of the JJ 6L6GC’s but you can configure this kit to use the JJ 5881’s by clicking on the "Customize" button.

The Balanced Gold Pin ECC83S is located in V3 closest to the power tubes.

The Tonemaster amps are adjustable bias and all you need to adjust the bias is a bias probe and a multimeter or the Eurotubes "Pro One". All of these are are available in the "Related Products" tab.

You can use the Deluxe Reverb bias video for reference. We typically bias these amps between 36 to 44mA with the JJ 6L6GC's or 33 to 40mA for 5881's.
