Want all the gain you can get? This is our High Gain Option Retube kit. It contains a matched pair of JJ EL84's for the power section and four handpicked High Gain ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter in V4.

The Balanced High Gain ECC83S is located in V4 farthest from the input jack.

These amps are adjustable bias and the most accurate way setting the bias is to use a bias probe. All you need is a 9 pin bias probe and a Multimeter or our all-in-one 9 pin "Pro One" bias probe (which reads plate voltage and plate current simultaneously). These are available under the "Related Products" tab.
