JJ EL34II Matched Sextet. The EL34II's are fuller sounding than the standard EL34 but not as "in your face" and aggressive as the JJ E34L. If aggressive, tight and punchy is what you want the E34L is King. The EL34II is a perfect choice for players who love a traditional EL34 sound but need to fill out the low mids and low end without losing any upper mid and high end crunch and definition. They are very warm and sweet sounding!

After a 24 hour burn in all power tubes are tested for noise and matched at multiple operating points for plate current (± one milliamp) and transconductance.

The JJ EL34 II has all the classic Brit character and crunch but with more of a low mid focus and thicker overall tone. They fit nicely between the original JJ EL34 and E34L. For those looking for a tighter more aggressive tone check out the JJ E34L's.

The JJ EL34 II is a very robust and stable tube. Great for anything from classic Marshall applications all the way up to modern high gain, high power amps such as Mesa, Bogner, Engl etc...
