Product Details

This kit is for players who want reduced gain but also need the smooth rich tone of the Gold Pin tubes. This is our Gold Pin SRV Option Retube Kit for the Blackstar Stage 60 amps. It contains a Gold Pin 5751 for V1, Gold Pin ECC83S and a Current balanced Gold pin ECC82 for the phase inverter along with a Matched Pair of JJ E34L's for the power section but you can configure this kit to use the JJ EL34II's, EL34’s, KT77’s or Big Bottle 6CA7’s by clicking on the "Customize" button.

Combo amps are very hard on tubes because of vibrations which can cause tube rattle with any brand of tube. If your amp is the combo version and you play by yourself in a quiet environment or record with your amp you may want to consider using the Large EuroDamper tube damper rings for the two power tubes. These are available in the "Related Products” tab as a set of two and will greatly decrease tube rattle.

These amps are adjustable bias. If you don't know the bias procedure you can contact us by email for assistance.
