Looking for a smoother overall sound with a less aggressive overdriven tone? This is our Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the Benson Vinny Reverb Combo. It uses one Gold pin ECC83S, one Gold Pin ECC832, one 6V6S as a Voltage Regulator, and the default power tube is a single JJ EL84. With the Customize option you can configure this kit to use a JJ EL844 which will drop the power output a couple decibels (ideal for players wanting decreased headroom/output).

All tubes are burned in for 24hrs and then stringently tested/inspected in-house.

The ECC832 is located farthest from the EL84 power tube.

These amps are cathode bias so all options are plug and play.
