Bad Cat Wildcat 40R ECC803S V1 Option

Would you like FAT mids and a little extra sparkle in your first channel? This is our ECC803S V1 Option Retube Kit for the Bad Cat Wildcat 40R Amps. It uses a Long Plate ECC803S for V1 along with five ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter, an EF806 to replace the EF86 in V3 and a GZ34 rectifier tube. The default power tubes are a matched pair of the JJ Electronic E34L's but you can configure this kit to use the JJ EL34II's, EL34’s, KT77’s or Big Bottle 6CA7’s by clicking on the "Customize" button!

The Balanced ECC83S is located closest to the power tubes, the EF806 is the third tube away from the input jack and the ECC803S is located in V1 closest to the input jack.

These amps are cathode biased so the E34L's, EL34 II's, EL34's, KT77's and 6CA7's are all plug and play.
