Want a little less gain and really thick mids? This is the ECC803S Option Retube Kit for the Ampeg SVT 2 Pro. For the front end this kit contains four Long Plate ECC803S's and one ECC82 for the preamp stage and two current balanced ECC82's and one current balanced ECC83S for the driver stage. The default power tubes are a matched sextet of the JJ Electronic KT88's however you can configure this kit to use a sextet of the JJ 6550's by clicking on the "Customize" button!

The balanced ECC82's replace the two 12AU7's and the balanced ECC83S replaces the 12AX7 closest to the 12AU7's. All of these are back by the power tubes.

The standard ECC82 replaces the 12AU7 up front and the four ECC803S's replace the four 12AX7's up front.

These amps are adjustable bias with LED indicators so all that is required is a screwdriver.
